Registration

1. Details

· There is no registration fee for attending the conference; however, pre-registration is mandatory.

· Participants are responsible for their own accommodation, transportation, and meals during the event.

· The conference organizing committee will not facilitate hotel bookings.

2. Registration Procedure

· A total of 100 participant slots are available, and seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

· To register, please scan the QR code and complete the registration form with your personal information at your earliest convenience.

· The registration deadline is April 11, 2025.

· Confirmation emails will be sent by the organizing committee no later than April 14, 2025.
