He Wei , Ph.D., Associate Professor, Deputy Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Xizang（Tibet） University
Born in June 1974, Dr. He holds a Ph.D. in History and is a graduate advisor. He was a visiting scholar at Rikkyo University in Japan.

His primary research interests include cultural heritage and tourism development, as well as regional tourism planning. In recent years, Dr. He has published over 20 academic papers in scholarly journals and authored three monographs and textbooks.

He has led and participated in nine provincial and national-level research projects, and has been involved in over twenty applied research projects, including regional tourism planning initiatives.
