Luo Xiaodong, Ph.D., Associate Professor
Appointed as a Safety Expert for High-altitude Operations by the Sichuan Provincial Safety Association.Dr. Luo’s main research interests include smart tourism, knowledge graph construction and intelligent reasoning, digital intelligence manufacturing in cultural tourism, tourism smart equipment and systems, and image generation based on Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
He has been awarded the title of "Outstanding Teacher" four times at the university, named one of the "Top Ten Technical Experts" by Sichuan Provincial Communication Industry Service Co., Ltd., and won second place in the Sichuan Provincial Teaching Skills Competition. He has led students to win two national third-place awards in competitions.
As the first author, he has published 4 SCI papers (two in Q 1 and two in Q 2, according to the Chinese Academy of Sciences journal rankings). He has also filed three invention patents, two of which have been granted. Dr. Luo has participated in a total of six research projects at the municipal, provincial, and national levels.
