Zhou Xiangbing
Zhou Xiangbing, Ph.D., ProfessorDr. Zhou is a reserve candidate for Sichuan Province’s Academic and Technical Leaders, a second-round Youth Expert in Sichuan Province's Tourism Industry, a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), and an executive director of the Sichuan Artificial Intelligence Society. He is also a member of the Sichuan Computer Society, a committee member of the Sichuan Provincial Teaching Guidance, and a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
His primary research interests include cloud computing, big data, machine learning, and 3S technologies. Dr. Zhou has led numerous research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, major science and technology projects in Sichuan Province, and key R&D projects in the province.
He has published over 20 papers in journals such as those in Q1 and Q2 of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, including 10 highly cited papers according to the ESI index. Dr. Zhou has won two first prizes for Teaching Achievements in Sichuan Province, a third prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Sichuan Province, and has led one provincial-level teaching reform project.
He holds more than 10 authorized Chinese invention patents, has authored four monographs, and registered 10 software programs.
