Yin Jie, a professor and doctor supervisor at the School of Tourism Management, Huaqiao University, also serves as the assistant to the dean of the school. Additionally, he holds the position of director of the Department of Exhibition Economy and Management, as well as assistant director of the Tourism Safety Research Base at the China Tourism Academy. Moreover, he is the director of the undergraduate teaching office and secretary-general of the National Alliance of Applied Undergraduate Programs in Tourism Management, as well as the deputy secretary-general of the Quanzhou Exhibition Industry Association. He has been selected as an outstanding young talent in the cultural and tourism system of Fujian Province, as well as a high-level talent in both Fujian Province and Quanzhou City.

ProfessorYin has published over 70 academic papers in renowned journals such as Tourism Management (SSCI, JCR Q1), International Journal of Hospitality Management (SSCI JCR Q1), International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (SSCI JCR Q1), Current Issues in Tourism (SSCI JCR Q1), Journal of Destination Marketing and Management (SSCI JCR Q1), Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SSCI JCR Q1), Safety Science (SSCI JCR Q1), Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing (SSCI JCR Q2), Tourism Economics (SSCI JCR Q2), Current Psychology (SSCI JCR Q2), as well as journals like Tourism Tribune, Economic Geography, Human Geography, and Economic Management, which are indexed in SSCI, SCI, CSSCI, and CSCD. He has also led nearly ten national and provincial projects, including projects from the National Social Science Foundation for Young Scholars, the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project for Young Scholars, the China Earthquake Administration's Major Policy Theory and Practice Research Project, major projects from the Fujian Provincial Social Science Foundation, ordinary projects from the Fujian Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and projects from the former National Tourism Administration's "Ten Thousand Talents Program" in tourism.
